The staff is great Is long as you do What you're supposed to do you won't have a problem . It saves lives from heroin and pills I've been clean for 8 years If I can do it anybody can do it... And that's a fact

Usually the only problem there is people talking and telling thier life story while getting dosed...but other then that can't complain! Everyone's pretty cool and only time there's a line is when they open the doors in the am cuz of ppl going to work. But so far so good with me! It works if you work it!! Lol

I have had nothing but good experiences at this clinic. Everyone who works here has been pretty awesome. From the counselors and the nurses, who are tough but compassionate, to the receptionists , to the financial services people (especially Antonia who has been so amazing and who truly cares about the clients health and well-being far beyond the money stuff) and the security dudes who are very respectful. Methadone clinics have a bad rap but if you do what you're supposed to do and put in a real effort you can get your life back. I've been clean 11 years, I have a great job and own my own home. I did the work but this clinic made it a lot easier.

In comparison to other treatment facilities I found this facility to be very informative. The staff in the front is always friendly and helpful as well the clinicians and the nursing staff all work in conjunction together to do what's best for the clients that they serve always trying to provide Solutions regardless of what level or place there at in their addiction I highly recommend the APT Foundation 4 opiate addiction whether it be the methadone program or the Suboxone Clinic they also deal with co-occurring disorders. They offer a a series of groups that are engaging, informative ,fun and even have groups for parents and children to engage in activities together. Security is always on point. Maintenance keeps the building clean. And the directors door is always open.

Friendly empathic employees that want to help you in you time of need! Completely Confidential and they stick to this very strictly! They want to help you, if you slip up, they will not toss you out ever! They want you to get back on track and help in any way they can! The groups are great & of good variety! It is what it is. It's a methadone clinic. It's clean well organized and the staff is very efficient. With the exception of one or two nurses at the dispensing stations they are all straightforward and usually in good moods.

They're very good, nurses can have attitude but they will help you with whatever they can.

It saved me...best clinic on the entire East Coast...caring staff...groups galore to choose from and not at no 5am like some. The director is strict yet fair...great techs, nurses and counselors...the place is spotless and looks amazingly bright and welcoming for a meth clinic.

No other place can beat the AWESOME feeling , personalities and warmth of every staff member here in North haven , I have met every goal in 3 yrs. Kinda makes you wanna become a counselor here. The counselors are the absolute best and friendliest

Absolutely love the people at check in and Dawn is my favorite she ALWAYS makes sure to help with anything she's amazing and dedicated to her job! However the doctors here I've always had issues with I feel like some want to keep u on methadone and keep u hooked on it. It's easier for me to go up then it is to go down which im currently trying to do! The should be more dedicated to helping people and their individualized plans.

Great place for addiction recovery. Offers methadone treatment as well as suboxone.

Best hours in CT 5am-3pm. Super quick and easy!!! The help is there if you want it! For admissions you go to Long Warf Drive in New Haven between 8am-11am with a photo ID and insurance card; they give you a physical, you talk to admissions counselors and get dosed that day. The earlier you show up the faster it will be. If youre there when they open you could be out in less than 1 hour. Literally less than 2 minutes off the highway. Exit 10 off 91 south (if you're coming from middlesex county).

They are really nice, and very helpful. They take care of you as soon as you walk in, and the people are very friendly. Good vibes when you walk in
